What to expect during a session

Sessions are arranged in a setting with a choice of electronic Zero-Gravity Human Touch adjustable chairs or your own comfy supportive twin bed. While you may be in the company of others, we encourage you to focus inward and find tranquility. Bring your headphones if you prefer your own music. Soft lighting and calming background tunes foster a serene environment, perfect for relaxation.

You will notice monitors in each corner of the room that display colored lights and are embedded and encoded with the quantum software and positive affirmations.

Through curiosity you may want to watch these, however our recommendation is to close your eyes and block out external stimulus.

How might I feel during a session?

People often share their surprise at how quickly their minds become clear and how deeply relaxed they feel within minutes. Afterwards, many report a boost in energy, better sleep, and an overall sense of well-being, leaving them feeling "good" and prepared to take on their week.

How do I prepare for a session?

Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for parking, check-in, and a brief orientation, especially if it's your first time visiting My Quantum Space information on parking and directions can be found here. We cannot extend your session or offer refunds for late arrivals. However, we will provide product credit for any cancellations, as refunds are not available.

Appointments are required; unfortunately, we might not be able to accommodate walk-ins.

Staying hydrated is crucial for cellular transformation. We recommend hydrating consistently in the days leading up to, during, and after your session. Aim for up to a gallon of purified water daily, which is regarded as clinical hydration, but listen to your body and drink only what feels right. To enhance your cells' ability to absorb water, consider adding half a lemon's juice or a generous pinch of sea salt.

It's advisable to have a light, nutritious meal about an hour before your session. Avoiding heavy meals beforehand ensures your body can focus on detoxification rather than digestion. Please note that only water is allowed at My Quantum Space.

Wear comfortable clothing in layers, as your body and room temperatures may vary. You might also want to bring slippers or warm socks. You're welcome to bring any personal items (like your pillow, favorite blanket, eyeshades, noise-canceling headphones, etc.) to make your session more comfortable. We will provide light blankets and pillows.

My Quantum Space is a designated 'Quiet Zone.' All mobile phones must be either switched off or set to Airplane mode, with all alerts and alarms muted. Please avoid using your cell phone, as it could disturb others.

Arrive with an open heart and mind, prepared to disconnect, unwind, and honor your body's innate healing capabilities.

What should I do after a session?

After your session at My Quantum Space, it's crucial to continue consuming ample amounts of pure water to stay well hydrated. Enhance water's cellular absorption by adding juice from half a lemon or a generous pinch of sea salt, which is a beneficial daily practice. Listen to your body's cues and drink only as much water as feels right to you.

For additional support in re-energizing your body, consider re-mineralizing your water with essential trace minerals. Incorporate a variety of organic foods into your meals to nourish your quickly evolving cells, and aim to minimize your exposure to harmful chemicals and toxins as much as possible.

Be mindful of any changes you might notice—whether subtle or significant—in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being in the hours and days after your session. Recognizing the healing processes within your body can enhance your awareness and contribute to a valuable feedback loop, facilitating the rapid cellular transformations taking place.

Adhere to the recommended Post-EE System Salt Bath Detox Protocol. Both sea salt and Himalayan salt can help your body efficiently eliminate toxins and heavy metals through your skin. Ideally, take a 30-minute sea salt bath in as hot water as you can tolerate within 24 hours post-session. However, a sea salt bath can still be effective up to 72 hours afterwards. If a full bath isn't feasible, a sea salt foot soak is an excellent alternative. Dr. Michaels suggests submerging as much of your body as possible in the salt solution.

Should you encounter detox symptoms like fatigue, headaches, or temporary flu-like sensations, support your body by increasing your water intake, taking a sea salt bath, and ensuring you get plenty of rest. This self-care approach helps rebalance your body and can relieve discomfort.

It's important to note that Epsom salt, being magnesium sulfate, does not facilitate detoxification like sea salt does, though it can help soothe and regulate your nervous system.

How many sessions do I need?

Choosing the duration and frequency of your sessions at My Quantum Space is entirely up to you. Dr. Sandra Rose Michael recommends a 2-hour session (or more) for optimal benefits, emphasizing that "more is better" due to the cumulative nature of the benefits. Your decision should align with your available time, budget, and health objectives. If you're aiming to tackle multiple wellness goals, you might find that additional sessions are necessary.
